Returns

At Next Epic, you have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt. After registering your return, you then have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

be unused and in its original condition;
be returned complete;
be returned in its original packaging.

If a product is returned damaged, used, or incomplete, we may charge a reduction in value. This will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For sealed TCG products, these can only be returned if the original seal or sealing is fully intact.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning an order are at the customer's expense. The risk of the return shipment also lies with the sender. We therefore advise you to package your return properly and, if possible, send it with a track & trace service.

Reimbursement of the purchase amount

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the due amount within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method used for the original order.

For a full return, in addition to the purchase amount, you will also receive back any standard shipping costs paid for the original order.

If only part of the order is returned, the originally paid shipping costs will not be refunded.

If an order originally qualified for free shipping, but no longer meets the conditions for free shipping due to a partial return, the shipping costs may still be deducted from the refund amount.

Registering a return

Returns are only accepted after prior registration through our customer service. Always include your order number or invoice number. It helps us if you also state the reason for the return.

Uncollected packages

If a package cannot be delivered or is not collected in time from a pick-up point, it is usually automatically returned to us.

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or to cancel the order. The costs for a new shipment are at the customer's expense. In case of cancellation, shipping and processing costs already incurred may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Exceptions

The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned:

Digital products and downloads;
Products with digital activation codes or registration codes;
Items for which a code has been made visible, used, or activated;
Personalized or custom-made products;
TCG and collectible products whose packaging or seal has been opened may have decreased in value. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, Next Epic may charge for any reduction in value, to the extent permitted by law.

Therefore, always carefully check your order before finally placing it.
